Clarified Pineapple Daiquiri

• 12½ oz Dark rum
• 4¼ oz White Rum
• 6⅔ oz Acid-adjusted Pineapple Juice
• ¼ oz (~1.5 teaspoons) Citric Acid
• ¼ oz (~1 teaspoon) Malic Acid
• 4¼ oz Lime Juice
• 6⅔ oz Whole Milk/Cream

This came out waaaay too tart. Not sure how to adjust in the future
